The nodding donkeys of Brunei

Not in my backyard!  Tough luck sunshine, that's where they are going but we've put in a few pipes to take it away for you.

Not brilliant photos, I know, but the poles you can just about see are bamboo and what the gatherers climb to retrieve the nests! They are about 50/60 feet in length, they don't look it, but the caves are huge.

The size of the caves is difficult to explain, but you can make out the walkways which helps to give you an idea.

The amazing Miri caves. Where guana and birds nests are collected. Also an archeological dig is taking place. The scull of a man from 40,000 years ago was found here.
