One of Brunies floating villages, schools, the lot. The Sultan has offered them land but they prefer to stay over the water. Saw them up close but wouldn't take photos, think I would prefer to be a landlubber!

The Sultans fathers' Mosque

 This is the carriage used which took the royal couple round the streets. It actually had a motor fitted. The thrones are above the 2nd rear wheels.

Anyone know this old white haired geezer? He is stalking me and keeps getting in my photos. 

The building and entrance housing the 'Royal' regalia. No cameras allowed inside. Spectacular presents given when he was crowned, the outfits they wore and a full sized parade of manequins wearing the the different uniforms. the room is about 100 foot in length. Even has cardboard cut outs of the crowds thronging the streets.

 The Sultans' Mosque, if it looks like gold, it is. The most expensive one, in the world, ever built.

The Empire Hotel, Brunei 5/6*. Costs from about 190 pounds night, but not exactly a cupboard at 60sq. mtrs. with huge marbled bathroom, Breakfast not included.
